Q: My order will not go through. What should I do?

A: We use a strict billing verification system to eliminate fraud and protect our customer's precious data. If you are receiving an error message please follow the steps below.

Step 1) If using a credit or debit card, double-check the card number, expiration date and card security code.
Step 2) Double-check the billing address that you entered.
Step 3) Contact the bank or organization that issued your payment account.

Q: When will my item be shipped

A: All orders are shipped within 24 hours (Next open business day) of receiving approved payment

A: Tracking numbers are emailed on a nightly basis. Normally two emails will be sent with that information to avoid possible junk mail filters, one is from us and one from the shipping company that we use to ship your order (For Example USPS or UPS). Q: Do I have to pay tax?

A: We are based in California, by law any purchases that end in California are subject to California Sales tax, no tax is charged for any shipment outside of California (and outside of USA)

Q: What if I am a wholesaler / retailer?

A: You can fax over a copy of your California tax permit and we will refund the tax you have paid accordingly

Q: Can I pay with a money order?

A: Yes Only postal money orders are accepted as long as you email us ahead of time and we reserve the item for you up to 7 days
