Our goal is 100% Customer satisfaction and we work hard to acheive that goal.
We accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase, you must obtain a return authorization before returning an item.
To request a return authorization please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, for ease of use we prefer to email return instructions rather than point them out over the phone.
Buyer pays for all return shipping, we pay for the shipping of the replacement.
You can return an item even if not defective as long as it is in it's original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to charge 10% restocking fee on non-defective items that are not returned in original condition.
In case of mistakes - bad addresses or change of mind we will only deduct the actual cost of shipping.
Please note that If Health and Beauty items are opened and used they cannot be returned.
In Case of transit damage or any other delivery problems please let us know within 72 hours of receipt so we can take proper action in resolving the issue, please simply take a picture of the broken item so we can file an insurance claim and make sure that it does not cost you anything to have a replacement.
All returns are checked, tested and processed with 2-3 business days after receipt.
